Thinking about the differences in areas and similarities in others...
How morphed it all becomes.
For some reason my picture upload doesn't work, so here is an image unoriginal but new in context of our discussions here.....

a new day: bridging
2009. September 22. 08:45 | (1265 comment)
Art often reflects life. The times we live in, the changes to our world, the trends of a certain day, and the values people hold on to. Sometimes lifel aims to look at how we experience technology, our planet, its ecology, and the people living within it. As our world becomes further intertwined everyday so too does the art world. Technology has altered how the earth is seen, from a cultural and ecological perspective. In the art world it has created further movements into interdisciplinary works crossing across mediums in creating new messages. Bridging reflects this world in looking at the multiplicity of disciplines that have merged with new technologies.
Where does art start and stop

Wandering through the ether of morning here in Vancouver, sometimes one feels as if they are just chasing the wind, trying to figure out the place where art starts and stops.. Does it ever, in words, online, in our dialogue, in this context! Looking forward to the words and sessions that culminate out of these sessions.
